Cabbage is a leafy vegetable that is grown as an annual vegetable and closely relates to other Cole crops like Broccoli, Cauliflower, Brussels Sprouts etc. Cabbage comes in various varieties like red cabbage, purple cabbage, white cabbage and green cabbage.
